Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life Of Flowers by Vladimir Lebedev was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2009. The price achieved of GBP 115,250.00 (€ 135,242.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vladimir Lebedev - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of A Red Fleet Sailor, which sold at auction in June 2013 for GBP 326,500.00 (€ 381,083.97).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 115.250,00 (€ 135.242,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Vladimir Lebedev mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait Of A Red Fleet Sailor beobachtet, die im Juni 2013 für GBP 326.500,00 (€ 381.083,97) versteigert wurde.
