Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lado Gudiashvili could be acquired at Sothebys in London in November 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Russian Paintings auction, the work Nude With A Horseman changed hands for GBP 79,250.00 (€ 95,819.21) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lado Gudiashvili achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work By The Black Stream in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 937,250.00 (€ 1,154,596.91).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lado Gudiashvili konnte im November 2008 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Russian Paintings wechselte die Arbeit Nude With A Horseman für GBP 79.250,00 (€ 95.819,21) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lado Gudiashvili erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit By The Black Stream im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 937.250,00 (€ 1.154.596,91).
