This artwork by Lado Gudiashvili achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2011. In the Russian Art auction, the work Les Chevaux sold for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,274.96) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lado Gudiashvili achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work By The Black Stream in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 937,250.00 (€ 1,154,596.91).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lado Gudiashvili erzielte im Juni 2011 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit Les Chevaux für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 26.274,96) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lado Gudiashvili erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit By The Black Stream im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 937.250,00 (€ 1.154.596,91).
