Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings, which included the work View Of Stockholm by Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné. The price achieved of GBP 74,500.00 (€ 86,954.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Rhythm (Adam and Eve) in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 2,729,250.00 (€ 3,449,863.51).

Im Juni 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit View Of Stockholm von Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 74.500,00 (€ 86.954,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vladimir Davidovich Baranov-Rossiné erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Rhythm (Adam and Eve) im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.729.250,00 (€ 3.449.863,51).
