Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Third Round (New York) by Vivian Forbes was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2000. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,116.25 (€ 1,867.83) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Vivian Forbes have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July last year the work The Dream was auctioned for GBP 2,772.00 (€ 3,310.26).

Die Arbeit Third Round (New York) von Vivian Forbes kam im September 2000 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
