Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Italian an Amusing Letter by Vittorio Reggianini was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2013. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 68,500.00 (€ 80,087.20). Admittedly, works by Vittorio Reggianini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Birthday in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 292,000.00 (€ 344,096.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Italian an Amusing Letter von Vittorio Reggianini kam im Mai 2013 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 68.500,00 (€ 80.087,20) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vittorio Reggianini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Birthday im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 292.000,00 (€ 344.096,16).
