In June 2016 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Celle rosso by Vittorio Matino. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,200.00 23% above the upper estimate. Other works by Vittorio Matino have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 5,952.00 in November 2003 for the work Lotto di tre opere: a) Biancata firmato e datato Matino 76 (sul retro) acrilico su tela cm 190x45 Eseguito nel 1976 Provenienza: Galleria Lorenzelli, Milano b) Senza titolo acquarello su carta cm 76,5x24,5 Eseguito nel 1.

Im Juni 2016 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Celle rosso von Vittorio Matino zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.200,00 und damit 23% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
