Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nude With Shawl by Vitaly Gavrilovich Tikhov was sold in the Russian Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in June 2008. The price achieved of GBP 46,850.00 (€ 59,219.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vitaly Gavrilovich Tikhov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nude With A Dog, which sold at auction in November 2008 for GBP 169,250.00 (€ 204,635.97).

Die Arbeit Nude With Shawl von Vitaly Gavrilovich Tikhov wurde im Juni 2008 in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 46.850,00 (€ 59.219,97) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
