Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans Titre by Velu Viswanadhan was auctioned at Christies in Paris in October 2012. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,375.00. Admittedly, works by Velu Viswanadhan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre, 2004 in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 34,698.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Velu Viswanadhan kam im Oktober 2012 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.375,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Velu Viswanadhan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre, 2004 im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 34.698,00.
