Auction result well in line with expectations
The work N°70 - 2005 by Vincent Michéa was sold in the African Spirit auction at Artcurial in Paris in December 2018. The price achieved of EUR 3,900.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vincent Michéa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Before The Bigger Splash, which sold at auction in May 2017 for GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,921.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit N°70 - 2005 von Vincent Michéa wurde im Dezember 2018 in der Auktion African Spirit bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.900,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Vincent Michéa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Before The Bigger Splash beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.921,08) versteigert wurde.
