Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2019 Christies in New York held the auction European Art Part I, which included the work Den Hvide Dør (The White Door) by Vilhelm Hammershøi. The price achieved of USD 915,000.00 (€ 820,259.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800,000.00 – 1,200,000.00.
