The work Vega by Victor Vasarely was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2013. It achieved a price of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,503.56), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Victor Vasarely achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Altaï Iii in February 2010 with an auction result of GBP 565,250.00 (€ 630,588.93).

Die Arbeit Vega von Victor Vasarely kam im Dezember 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.503,56) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Victor Vasarely erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Altaï Iii im Februar 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 565.250,00 (€ 630.588,93).
