The work Nude On A Desk by Victor Reinganum was sold in the Twentieth Century British Art auction at Christies in London in June 2001. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 646.25 (€ 1,073.55). Admittedly, works by Victor Reinganum have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Diagram Vi in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,346.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nude On A Desk von Victor Reinganum wurde im Juni 2001 in der Auktion Twentieth Century British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 646,25 (€ 1.073,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Victor Reinganum auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Diagram Vi im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.600,00 (€ 5.346,11).
