A top price for Victor Reinganum - as previously expected
The work Diagram Vi by Victor Reinganum was sold in the The Poetry of Crisis; The Peter Nahum Collection of British Surrealist and Avant-Garde Art 1930-1951 auction at Christies in London in November 2006. The price achieved of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,346.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Diagram Vi is the most expensive artwork by Victor Reinganum that we have observed at auctions so far.
