Auction result fails to reach estimate
When the work Composition by Victor Ash was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in May this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously set the estimate at DKK 3,000.00, but this failed to be met - in fact, the artwork changed hands for DKK 550.00 (€ 73.82). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Victor Ash achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Astronaut Cosmonaut #19 - 2015 in February 2016 with an auction result of EUR 8,320.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Als die Arbeit Composition von Victor Ash im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit DKK 3.000,00 angegeben, den dieses Werk bei seiner Versteigerung leider nicht erreichen konnte - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für DKK 550,00 (€ 73,82) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Victor Ash erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Astronaut Cosmonaut #19 - 2015 im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.320,00.
