This artwork by Victor Ash achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in February 2015. In the Urban Art auction, the work Astronaut Cosmonaut - 2009 sold for EUR 7,800.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Victor Ash; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Astronaut Cosmonaut #19 - 2015 sold at auction in February 2016 with the realized price of EUR 8,320.00.

In der Auktion Urban Art wurde die Arbeit Astronaut Cosmonaut - 2009 für EUR 7.800,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Victor Ash; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Astronaut Cosmonaut #19 - 2015 im Februar 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.320,00.
