Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,561.44) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vasilios Chatzis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek the Crusader Invasion Of Constantinople in May 2011 with an auction result of GBP 61,250.00 (€ 70,039.56).
