In April 2009 Sothebys in New York held the auction Russian Art, which included the work A Russian Bronze Group Of A Hunter With Two Borzoi by Vasily Grachev. The price achieved of USD 35,000.00 (€ 26,427.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00.
