The work La Chimera (La Chimère) by Valerio Adami was sold in the Art contemporain auction at Christies in Paris in December this year. It achieved a price of EUR 75,600.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Valerio Adami - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Privacy, Gli Omosessuali (Triptych), which sold at auction in June 2020 for EUR 187,500.00.

Die Arbeit La Chimera (La Chimère) von Valerio Adami wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Art contemporain bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 75.600,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Valerio Adami mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Privacy, Gli Omosessuali (Triptych) beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für EUR 187.500,00 versteigert wurde.
