Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Valérie Favre achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in February 2020. In the Christie's 100 auction, the work Lapine univers und ein Freund sold for USD 2,375.00 (€ 2,154.20) - well above the upper estimate of USD 900.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Valérie Favre; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Lapine Univers mit Gittare" sold at auction in October 2019 with the realized price of EUR 2,826.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Valérie Favre erzielte im Februar 2020 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's 100 wurde die Arbeit Lapine univers und ein Freund für USD 2.375,00 (€ 2.154,20) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 900,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Valérie Favre; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Lapine Univers mit Gittare" im Oktober 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 2.826,00.
