This work of art by Umberto Brunelleschi could be acquired at Artcurial in Paris in June 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Summer Sale auction, the work Le Couple Au Faon changed hands for EUR 78.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 100.00 – 150.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Umberto Brunelleschi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Self-portrait with a puppet and a mask in June 2020 with an auction result of GBP 35,000.00 (€ 38,546.43).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Umberto Brunelleschi konnte im Juni 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Summer Sale wechselte die Arbeit Le Couple Au Faon für EUR 78,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 100,00 – 150,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Umberto Brunelleschi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Self-portrait with a puppet and a mask im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 35.000,00 (€ 38.546,43).
