Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Studio per Testa + casa + luce (La madre) by Umberto Boccioni was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2018. The price achieved of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 155,057.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Umberto Boccioni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Forme uniche della continuità nello spazio (Unique Forms of Continuity in Space) in November 2019 with an auction result of USD 16,165,000.00 (€ 14,670,115.26).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 155.057,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden.
