Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Midnattsblå RGB" by Ulf Rollof was sold in the Contemporary auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 64,000.00 (€ 7,014.66) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ulf Rollof - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "RGB Navy Blue, Lavender, Dark Purple", which sold at auction in November 2019 for SEK 165,000.00 (€ 15,633.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Midnattsblå RGB" von Ulf Rollof wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Contemporary bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 64.000,00 (€ 7.014,66) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Ulf Rollof mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "RGB Navy Blue, Lavender, Dark Purple" beobachtet, die im November 2019 für SEK 165.000,00 (€ 15.633,00) versteigert wurde.
