In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Composizione con vaso, frutta e uovo sold for EUR 4,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ugo Celada da Virgilio - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza titolo, which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 10,080.00.
