Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Architettura by Tullio Crali was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Milan in May 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 22,320.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Tullio Crali have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Illusione aerea in April last year with an auction result of GBP 98,580.00 (€ 117,553.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Architettura von Tullio Crali wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 22.320,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tullio Crali auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Illusione aerea im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 98.580,00 (€ 117.553,17).
