Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work Untitled, early 1980's. by Tuija Lindström. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 8,500.00 (€ 835.87) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tuija Lindström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "The Girls at Bulls Pond/Kvinnorna vid Tjursjön", 1991 (8 pieces) in November 2014 with an auction result of SEK 340,000.00 (€ 36,657.02).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, early 1980's. von Tuija Lindström zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 8.500,00 (€ 835,87) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tuija Lindström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "The Girls at Bulls Pond/Kvinnorna vid Tjursjön", 1991 (8 pieces) im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 340.000,00 (€ 36.657,02).
