The work Residence by the Mountain Stream by Tu Zhuo was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 93,750.00 (€ 10,242.61), 34% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Tu Zhuo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hermit Fisherman In The Xie Stream: Painting Number Two in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 83,422.32).

Die Arbeit Residence by the Mountain Stream von Tu Zhuo wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 10.242,61) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tu Zhuo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Hermit Fisherman In The Xie Stream: Painting Number Two im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 83.422,32).
