Sold at the upper estimate price
The work from "Fågelcirkus" by Torsten Renqvist was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. The auction ended at the price of SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,292.47), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Torsten Renqvist achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Hästlyftaren" in May last year with an auction result of SEK 380,000.00 (€ 36,261.30).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit from "Fågelcirkus" von Torsten Renqvist kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.292,47) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Torsten Renqvist erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Hästlyftaren" im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 380.000,00 (€ 36.261,30).
