Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Still life with flower pot by Tor Bjurström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2014. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 55,000.00 (€ 5,930.17). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tor Bjurström - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Motif from Skärhamn, which sold at auction in May this year for SEK 185,000.00 (€ 15,940.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Still life with flower pot von Tor Bjurström kam im Oktober 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 55.000,00 (€ 5.930,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Tor Bjurström mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Motif from Skärhamn beobachtet, die im Mai diesen Jahres für SEK 185.000,00 (€ 15.940,49) versteigert wurde.
