It achieved a price of EUR 3,377.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 69 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Tony Soulie; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Masque, 1988 sold at auction in October 2012 with the realized price of EUR 5,019.00.
