Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Winterliche Wäsche im Allgäu by Toni Schneiders for EUR 945.00. This price was achieved in the auction Photographie at Lempertz in Cologne and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Toni Schneiders have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ein Mann allein in May 2017 with an auction result of EUR 5,270.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Winterliche Wäsche im Allgäu von Toni Schneiders für EUR 945,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographie bei Lempertz in Köln erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Toni Schneiders auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ein Mann allein im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.270,00.
