Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work "Och gudarna sover" (And the Gods are sleeping) by Tommy Hilding for SEK 19,000.00 (€ 2,208.96). This price was achieved in the auction The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tommy Hilding - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Reflex", which sold at auction in May 2017 for SEK 55,000.00 (€ 5,639.02).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Och gudarna sover" (And the Gods are sleeping) von Tommy Hilding für SEK 19.000,00 (€ 2.208,96) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Tommy Hilding mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Reflex" beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für SEK 55.000,00 (€ 5.639,02) versteigert wurde.
