Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Solaris by Tomás Saraceno was auctioned at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of EUR 37,800.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Other works by Tomás Saraceno have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2018 the work M102/W+W was auctioned for GBP 52,500.00 (€ 59,774.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Solaris von Tomás Saraceno kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Köln zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 37.800,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Tomás Saraceno konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2018 die Arbeit M102/W+W für GBP 52.500,00 (€ 59.774,15) versteigert.
