The result of GBP 600.00 (€ 878.33) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Tom Robertson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sailing By Moonlight in March 2005 with an auction result of GBP 2,880.00 (€ 4,194.42).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 600,00 (€ 878,33) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tom Robertson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sailing By Moonlight im März 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.880,00 (€ 4.194,42).
