Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Untitled #6093', 2008 by Todd Hido was sold in the Photographs Online auction at Sothebys in Paris in May 2018. The price achieved of EUR 4,560.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Todd Hido have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Selected Images from House Hunting in October 2017 with an auction result of USD 36,250.00 (€ 31,121.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'Untitled #6093', 2008 von Todd Hido wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion Photographs Online bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.560,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Todd Hido auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Selected Images from House Hunting im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 36.250,00 (€ 31.121,22).
