The work Opera Figure: The Monkey King (Painted In 1970S) by T'Ing Yin-Yung was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April this year. It achieved a price of HKD 117,600.00 (€ 120,092.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by T'Ing Yin-Yung achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers In A Jar (Painted In 1971) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 1,680,000.00 (€ 1,715,608.70).

Die Arbeit Opera Figure: The Monkey King (Painted In 1970S) von T'Ing Yin-Yung kam im April diesen Jahres bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 117.600,00 (€ 120.092,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 47%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von T'Ing Yin-Yung erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Flowers In A Jar (Painted In 1971) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.680.000,00 (€ 1.715.608,70).
