In November 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings, which included the work Austrian südländischer Garten (A Mediterranean Garden) by Tina Blau. The result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,050.49) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tina Blau have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Austrian the Prater And Rotunda, Vienna in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 101,846.39).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Austrian südländischer Garten (A Mediterranean Garden) von Tina Blau zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 18.050,49) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tina Blau auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Austrian the Prater And Rotunda, Vienna im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 75.000,00 (€ 101.846,39).
