The result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 36,100.98) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tina Blau - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Austrian the Prater And Rotunda, Vienna, which sold at auction in December 2015 for GBP 75,000.00 (€ 101,846.39).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Austrian ein Italienisches Gässchen (A Lane In Italy) von Tina Blau wurde im November 2013 in der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 36.100,98) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Tina Blau mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Austrian the Prater And Rotunda, Vienna beobachtet, die im Dezember 2015 für GBP 75.000,00 (€ 101.846,39) versteigert wurde.
