The work Untitled (Orange And Grey) by Tim Ebner was sold in the Colossal! Monumental Works from the 1980s auction at Sothebys in New York in July 2019. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,470.80), 38% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tim Ebner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in July 2019 for USD 6,875.00 (€ 6,177.00).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Orange And Grey) von Tim Ebner wurde im Juli 2019 in der Auktion Colossal! Monumental Works from the 1980s bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.750,00 (€ 2.470,80) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Tim Ebner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juli 2019 für USD 6.875,00 (€ 6.177,00) versteigert wurde.
