Auction result well in line with expectations
The work River by Tian Liming was sold in the The Enchantment of Neoteric Chinese Ink auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 1,380,000.00 (€ 142,075.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,200,000.00 – 1,500,000.00. Other works by Tian Liming have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2013 the work Sunshine Series was auctioned for CNY 1,416,000.00 (€ 169,767.91).

Die Arbeit River von Tian Liming wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion The Enchantment of Neoteric Chinese Ink bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.380.000,00 (€ 142.075,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.200.000,00 – 1.500.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Tian Liming konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2013 die Arbeit Sunshine Series für CNY 1.416.000,00 (€ 169.767,91) versteigert.
