Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of AUD 41,825.00 (€ 25,488.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 35,000.00 – 45,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas (Tom) William Roberts achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Louis Abrahams in September 2015 with an auction result of GBP 314,500.00 (€ 425,907.72).
