Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Bonhams held the auction British and European Art, which included the work 'La Jeune Fille Poète' by Théo Tobiasse. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,012.50 (€ 7,978.07), 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Théo Tobiasse have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Joueur De Jazz Et La Vache Bleue in December 2012 with an auction result of EUR 60,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'La Jeune Fille Poète' von Théo Tobiasse zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.012,50 (€ 7.978,07) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Théo Tobiasse auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Joueur De Jazz Et La Vache Bleue im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.750,00.
