The result of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,891.97) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Theodore Mendez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Grey Composition, which sold at auction in December 2014 for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,632.08).
