This artwork by Thanos Tsingos achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in May 2021. In the The Greek Sale auction, the work Fleurs sold for EUR 26,562.50 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Thanos Tsingos - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Greek Flowers On A Blue Background, which sold at auction in November 2009 for GBP 73,250.00 (€ 80,162.68).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Thanos Tsingos erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Greek Sale wurde die Arbeit Fleurs für EUR 26.562,50 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Thanos Tsingos mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Greek Flowers On A Blue Background beobachtet, die im November 2009 für GBP 73.250,00 (€ 80.162,68) versteigert wurde.
