The work Sans titre - circa 1968 by T'Ang Haywen was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in December this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 7,610.00 27% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by T'Ang Haywen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 1,480,000.00 (€ 171,060.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 27 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans titre - circa 1968 von T'Ang Haywen wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 7.610,00 und damit 27% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von T'Ang Haywen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.480.000,00 (€ 171.060,62).
