A top price for T'Ang Haywen - as previously expected
This work without title by T'Ang Haywen was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 1,480,000.00 (€ 171,060.62) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 800,000.00 – 1,600,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by T'Ang Haywen that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von T'Ang Haywen kam im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 1.480.000,00 (€ 171.060,62) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 800.000,00 – 1.600.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von T'Ang Haywen, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
