Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Incella 69 - 1969 by T'Ang Haywen was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in December this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,936.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by T'Ang Haywen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 1,480,000.00 (€ 171,060.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Incella 69 - 1969 von T'Ang Haywen wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.936,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von T'Ang Haywen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.480.000,00 (€ 171.060,62).
