Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Orchid And Rock by Tang Di was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in May 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 23,600.00 (€ 2,727.72) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tang Di achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Character in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 3,220,000.00 (€ 315,202.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Orchid And Rock von Tang Di kam im Mai 2016 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 23.600,00 (€ 2.727,72) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tang Di erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Character im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.220.000,00 (€ 315.202,00).
