A top price for Tair Salakhov - as previously expected
The work Aidan by Tair Salakhov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 250,000.00 – 350,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 269,000.00 (€ 365,289.07) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Aidan is the most expensive artwork by Tair Salakhov that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Aidan von Tair Salakhov kam im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 250.000,00 – 350.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 269.000,00 (€ 365.289,07) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Aidan das teuerste Kunstwerk von Tair Salakhov, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
