Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Nakayama Tadashi could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The House Sale auction, the work Crane; Zebras changed hands for USD 240.00 (€ 187.90) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nakayama Tadashi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Girl and sunflower) Akai fuku (Red coat) Futatsu no kazaguruma (Shojo) (Girl with two pinwheels) Himawari o daku (Holding a sunflower) Kaze (Shojo) (Girl in the wind) Hana to shojo (Girl and flowers) Oriru tori (Alighting bird) Oriru tori ( in March 2000 with an auction result of USD 5,175.00 (€ 5,405.2
Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Girl and sunflower) Akai fuku (Red coat) Futatsu no kazaguruma (Shojo) (Girl with two pinwheels) Himawari o daku (Holding a sunflower) Kaze (Shojo) (Girl in the wind) Hana to shojo (Girl and flowers) Oriru tori (Alighting bird) Oriru tori ( im März 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.175,00 (€ 5.405,26).
